Murnane Brandt trial attorney Thomas A. Gilligan, Jr. has been reappointed to the Minnesota State Bar Association’s (MSBA) Operations Committee. This will be Thom’s sixth year serving in this capacity.
The purpose of MSBA’s Operations Committee, essentially the association’s financial leadership, is to review and make recommendations to the board of governors regarding governance and finances.
In addition to MSBA, Thom is also a member of the American, Wisconsin, Ramsey County, and Milwaukee County bar associations; the Defense Research Institute (DRI); and Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA). He has been practicing law for 20 years.
