The Sierra Club and the St. Croix River Association are intervenors in this case involving local broadcasting executive Rob Hubbard’s home. Both organizations support the Department of Natural Resource’s (DNR) denial of certification of the variance. Hubbard and Lakeland appealed the Commissioner’s Order.
In the Matter of the Denial of Certification of the Variance Granted to Robert W. Hubbard by the City of Lakeland involves longstanding litigation over proposed residential land development along the St. Croix River.
