In this particular case, a resident claimed that she slipped on her driveway in pre-dawn hours during an ongoing snowstorm. The snowplow hired by Murnane Brandt’s client, the townhome association, had cleared the driveway that morning. Ruling in favor of the association, the trial court found that the association had no duty to remove snow or ice for a reasonable period after a snowstorm ceases.
