Murnane Brandt welcomes Jodie L. Grabarski to the firm. With more than 15 years of legal experience, Jodie focuses her practice on commercial and real estate lending and workouts, commercial real estate, and general business transactions.

In her practice, Jodie assists clients of the firm with the documentation and structuring (and restructuring) of secured and unsecured commercial loans, real estate loans, and complex corporate capitalization structures. She has significant experience representing lenders in large workout transactions and the restructuring of borrowers’ debts. She also dedicates a portion of her practice to representation of borrowers and business owners in corporate finance, commercial real estate, sale-leaseback, and other business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Her clients have included multi-unit franchise operators, private real estate investors, and investment funds.
 
Jodie is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin state and federal courts. She is a member of the Minnesota, Wisconsin and Hennepin County Bar associations, as well as Minnesota Women Lawyers (MWL). In 2005, she was named a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics. She received her J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.S. in agricultural economics from University of Wisconsin. She joins Murnane Brandt after practicing several years with another Twin Cities law firm.
