Murnane Brandt trial attorney Thomas A. Gilligan, Jr. has been appointed co-chair of the Ramsey County Bar Association’s (RCBA) Diversity Committee. Previously, he also served as a member of the association’s ethics committee. This new role will allow Thom to help promote diversity in the local and state bar.

Thom has practiced law for more than 20 years. He focuses his practice on civil litigation with particular emphasis on product liability, employment litigation and personal injury matters.
