Minnesota-based Landscape Structures Inc., the nation’s leading designer and manufacturer of commercial playground equipment, recently announced its strategic acquisition of the assets of Pebble-Flex LLC. Pebble-Flex is an innovative provider of chemically bonded soft surface materials for playgrounds, water play sites and pool decks. The acquisition greatly strengthens and expands the manufacturer’s product offerings in providing comprehensive play system solutions.
