Mike Ryan is a member of the faculty for the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association’s (MDLA) Trial Academy Trial Techniques Seminar on August 17 – 18, 2012 in Duluth. The seminar featured a re-enactment of the trial in Frey v. Snelgrove, the case in which Minnesota recognized the validity of the Pierringer Release. Mike represented defendant Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. in the trial, which was used to teach younger lawyers trial skills and procedures. 

Mike’s practice is focused on civil litigation, including product liability,  environmental law, employment law, patent and trademark infringement, commercial/business disputes and negligence law.
