Steven J. Kirsch recently received the prestigious appointment by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the special master panel for the I-35W Survivor Compensation Fund. The legislatively-mandated special master panel will consider claims, make offers of settlement and enter into settlement agreements for a special fund established by the Legislature to compensate survivors of the August 2007, I-35W bridge collapse.
