Michelle Christensen practices in civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense, corporate defense, personal injury defense, and construction litigation. Since joining Murnane, Michelle has successfully defended home sellers at trial in response to subsequent buyers’ claims of breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, and mold. She has also successfully argued before the Minnesota appellate courts in the areas of insurance coverage.

Michelle is admitted to practice in the states of Minnesota and Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota.

She is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Missouri State Bar Association, and the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.

Michelle received her J. D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1992 and her B. A. from Carlton College in 1989.
