Jodie Grabarski focuses primarily on the structuring, documentation, and, as necessary, the restructuring of secured and unsecured commercial loans, real estate loans and complex corporate capitalization structures.  She also has significant experience in large workout transactions on behalf of lenders and the restructuring of borrowers’ financial obligations.  Such engagements involved senior debt, subordinated debt, secured and unsecured indebtedness, securitized financing and private equity.  
 
In addition to lending and workout matters, Jodie has more than fifteen years of experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting corporate finance transactions, commercial real estate matters, sale-leaseback transactions, and business transactions including mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions on behalf of borrowers and business owners.   Representations include multi-unit franchise operators, private real estate investors, and investment funds.  Jodie also has experience with the identification and resolution of negative title and survey issues discovered during due diligence investigations.    
 
Jodie is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Minnesota, as well as the State of Wisconsin.  She received her Juris Doctor from University of Wisconsin Law School in 1995 and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from University of Wisconsin in 1992.
