Since joining Murnane Brandt in 2001, Cheryl has represented clients in diverse types of business transactions and commercial litigation. Cheryl has provided representation to business organizations of all sizes in the areas of business organization and business transactions. She has experience in contracts, entity formation, financial transactions, real estate transactions, employment contracts, and buying and selling a business.
Cheryl has also represented corporations and business organizations in a broad range of commercial litigation involving contract, tort, and statutory claims. Cheryl has experience representing investors and owners of closely-held businesses in minority shareholder disputes, representing secured creditors in bankruptcy court and mortgage foreclosures, and in general civil litigation matters. She has handled all aspects of litigation for these matters, including representing clients in deposition and mediation.
