With nearly 20 years of experience assisting and representing
clients, Dan Haws has successfully tried numerous cases throughout
the Midwest. A dedicated attorney and an advocate of his clients,
Dan has handled hundreds of claims effectively (resolved through
alternative dispute resolution), and has argued numerous appeals
in both state and federal courts. As shareholder, Dan is currently the
president of Murnane Brandt and serves on the firm's management
committee. He is admitted to practice in state, federal and appellate
courts in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
In 1988, Dan received his J.D., cum laude, from Hamline University
School of Law, where he was a member of the Silver Gavel Honor
Society, and completed his undergraduate studies with a B.A. from
Central College in Pella, Iowa, in 1984. When not representing
clients, Dan enjoys spending time with family, coaching his children's
sports teams, fishing, golf and softball.
