Kyle Johnson is an associate in Murnane Brandt's Corporate and Business Law Group. He represents small to midsize businesses, as well as community banks, in transactional matters and disputes. He also represents clients in real estate matters. Kyle is licensed to practice in Wisconsin state and federal courts.
Kyle earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. Upon graduation from William Mitchell, Kyle received the Student Award of Merit, an award given to only one graduating student from each class for contributions to William Mitchell and the community. William Mitchell also recognized Kyle with the Kirwin Award for Professionalism. While in law school, Kyle was very active with William Mitchell's chapter of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. He served as a Fellow during his second year of law school and was co-director of the Marshall Brennan Moot Court. Kyle received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics, cum laude, from St. John's University.
In his free time, Kyle is an active member of the St. Croix Valley community and enjoys playing hockey.
