Eric Joranson practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis in products liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation. He is licensed to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Eric received his J. D. from Hamline University School of Law in 2006, where he was Editor in Chief of Hamline's Journal of Public Law & Policy. Following school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jodi L. Williamson in the Third Judicial District, Olmsted County, Rochester, Minnesota.
Eric obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy, graduating with honors from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He was the Sports Editor of the University's student newspaper The Racquet and also worked as a sports correspondent for The Capital Times and The La Crosse Tribune.
Eric volunteers at a public service call-center that counsels citizens in need of answers to basic legal questions. Eric has also volunteered in the area of substance abuse, helping young men work towards maintaining long-term sobriety. In his free time, Eric enjoys outdoor activities, including running, kayaking, fishing, camping, and playing tennis.
