Amy Michelle Kaldor practices in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial, corporate, insurance and construction matters. Prior to joining the firm, she had a solo law practice focused in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation and securities litigation.
Amy graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2000 and received her Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Business from Moorhead State University in 1994. While in law school, Amy clerked for the Honorable Kirk Smith of the Northeast Central Judicial District of North Dakota. Amy has also studied in Portsmouth, England, and Oslo, Norway, and speaks fluent Norwegian.
Amy has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial and appellate practice. Amy is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and Federal District Court. She has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyer through Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.
In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, biking, skiing, and scuba diving. |
