Nicholas O’Connell practices in all areas of civil litigation. He is certified mediator and qualified neutral under Rule 114, General Rules of Practice for Minnesota District Courts, and is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar and Ramsey County Bar Associations.
Nick began working at Murnane as a law clerk during his second year of law school. Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked as a Legal Analyst for the Minnesota Department of Economic Security.
He is a cum laude graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law, where he earned his J.D. He received his B.A. from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. While in law school, Nick was an active member of the Rosalie E. Wahl moot court team.
Nick is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Minnesota, Wisconsin state courts, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time on the lakes of Ottertail County with his wife Lisa and playing golf.
